Matcha stawberries

Super simple and festive, there’s not much of a recipe.

Just grab a punnet of strawberries

Block of white chocolate

Matcha powder

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, once melted stir in a teaspoon of matcha powder, keep stirring so there are no lumps. See the colour and maybe add another teaspoon to get the colour you want ( I added 2)

Pour the white chocolate matcha mix into a small bowl so you can dip each strawberry in. Place each strawberry on a board covered in tinfoil and pop in the fridge to harden.
