This 50 hour immersion will be held at the beautiful Sherwood, Queenstown with stunning views over the lake, this will set the scene for deep contemplation and growth.
I am passionate about supporting, educating and inspiring yoga teachers in New Zealand, to deepen their knowledge and understanding. I believe this course will really help you cultivate your own unique skills and talents to not only grow yourself personally but build a business out of doing what you’re passionate about.  You will build your confidence, educate and nourish you both on and off the mat. Places are strictly limited to ensure individual attention and cohesive group environment.  

Over the course of 6 full days we will cover applied anatomy working from the foundation of the feet all the way through the body systematically. Asana and assisting workshops daily where we look in-depth at the topics covered and how we apply, see and affect change in students. Each day we cover an area of teacher development including sequencing, communication, business, marketing and strategy.
