Take flight- Workshop

Weather your a fledgling just learning to get lift off or a frequent flyer this workshop is for you! We take a closer look at the anatomy of the complex shoulder joint to gain more understanding around key alignment points in the upper extremities. You will learn to work through fears and gain more confidence to take on arm balances and inversions in your regular yoga practice, working mindfully through the process with training and alignment cues that will offer fresh insights and funky variations to elevate you beyond expectation. 

Open to students with a regular practice and teachers of all levels.
